Welcome to the Venetian Bar, Cocktail and Soda Lounge, friend - a secret doorway to another time. This here place ain't just any joint; it's a sacred relic from the days of Prohibition, once the lifeblood of the Dorn family and their bootlegging... I mean soda operation, Venetian Beverages.
Now we've got something special brewing here. A range of concoctions inspired by the audacious spirit of the Dorns. Soda syrups crafted by hand using real fruits and herbs, bespoke cocktails, and mocktails that'll have your taste buds dancing the Charleston. We're serving up flavored creemees, mudslides, and shakes that'll make you feel like you're in on the biggest secret this side of Burlington.
And don't forget the music. Every Friday and Saturday, our stage comes alive with the sounds of local talent. Original jazz, blues, and folk tunes - the sort that gets under your skin and makes you feel alive.
Here at the Venetian, we're in the business of more than just serving drinks. We're here to give you a taste of history, a nod to the bootleggers of the past, and a damn good time.
